Charles’ healing journey after battling an autoimmune disease, gut health, and mental health problems led him to research and subsequently study for a Bachelor of Health Science in Clinical Nutrition. Charles has had great success in overcoming his own challenges with chronic disease; he suffered from PTSD and depression post-military service and was later diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis, a debilitating autoimmune disease.

Charles decided to take his health into his own hands and used the power of diet, mind-body healing, and changes in his lifestyle to live a symptom-free lifestyle without medication. Charles has made it his mission to make an impact by sharing his experience and knowledge with those who may have felt helpless as he did, empowering them to take their health into their own hands, to work towards wellness, vitality, and balance.
